ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM PENGEMBANGAN KEPROFESIAN BERKELANJUTAN (PKB) BAGI GURU SEKOLAH DASAR

This study aims to describe the implementation of Continuous Professional Development (PKB) program by elementary school teachers in three Teacher Working Groups (KKG) related input, process, out put and come using descriptive qualitative methods. The data were obtained through observation, interview document review. results found that SD did not have a PKB work program. indicators can be seen from inadequate function management planning, implementing, evaluating, organizing planning follow-up after implementation. show aspects are carried KKG, evaluation system based on SIM, while plans for schools been continuously independently scientific forum activities needs schools. result is has had an impact increasing self-development, ability make innovation work. Another obstacle lack budget support local government weak motivation improve their competence. Therefore, more Participatory, Integrated Holistic (PKB-PTH) model needed.
